張光偉牧師在加州州立大學富勒頓分校的金融系畢業後，於2000年回應了主的呼召，
踏上全職事奉的道路，旋即放下全美TOP5的業務工作，返回台灣，於新店行道會服事，
將新店行道會青年牧區從不到百人之團隊，不斷成長突破，帶動整間教會年輕化。

2016年8月，光偉牧師，繼承了教會創始牧師張茂松的職位，成為新店行道會的主任牧師。
光偉牧師特別以激勵信徒熱忱奉獻於耶穌的講道聞名，他持續熱衷於神學學習，並於2022年在美國拜歐拉大學完成了他的教牧學博士學位。

After graduating from the Finance Department at California State University, Fullerton. Rev. Wayne Chang answered the Lord’s call and embarked on their journey into full-time ministry in 2000. He immediately left behind their top-ranking sales jobs in the United States, returned to Taiwan, and served as youth pastors at the Church. He led the youth ministry from a team of fewer than a hundred to a continuously growing and thriving congregation, invigorating the whole church with youthfulness.

In August 2016, Pastor Wayne assumed the roles of senior pastors, succeeding the church’s founding pastor, Mao Song Chang.

Pastor Wayne is particularly renowned for his sermons that inspire believers to be fervently devoted to Jesus. Continuing his dedication to theological learning, he completed his Doctorate in Ministry at Biola University in 2022.
