大學時蒙召。神學院畢業後期即開拓新店行道會至今。服事將近60年頭，將教會從10人的小教會發展成目前3500人、海內外分植堂70餘間的大型教會。

行道行善，以行善為宣教的方式，讓世人在生活中見証主道、主愛；在教會界極力推行「口甜‧臉甜‧心甜」、「健康‧行善‧宣教」「陽光‧飛鷹‧使徒」等教會文化；以領導力和創意，推動國度的各種事工─如神蹟聯網禱告會等…以無私和寬廣極力扶植各中小型教會。不以教會的大小為目的，對於華人充滿負擔，深深期盼所有的華人都歸主，其所發起之烈火特會，從17年前的400人，發展至今為近9000人並在世界各地舉辦的復興特會。

During their university years, Rev.Maosong Chang felt a divine calling and subsequently embarked on a full-time ministry path. Upon graduation, they were invited to serve as the pastors of HsinTien Covenant Church. In nearly six decades of ministry, HsinTien Covenant Church has grown from a small church of ten people into a well-known Christian church in Taiwan with 4,000 members and 70 branches both domestically and abroad.

Living out God’s word, he adopt benevolence as a means of evangelism, allowing the world to witness the path and love of the Lord in their lives. He passionately advocate for church cultures such as “sweet words, sweet face, sweet heart”, “healthy minded, evangelism and benevolence”, “sunshine, eagles, apostles”, among others within the church community. Using leadership and creativity, they advance various ministries of the Kingdom, such as miracle online prayer meeting, and with selflessness and a broad vision, ardently support various small and medium-sized churches.

His goal is not the size of the church, but he carry a deep burden for the Chinese people and harbor a profound hope that all Chinese will return to the Lord. The Fire Conference that he initiated 17 years ago with 400 people has grown to nearly 9000 attendees and is now held as Fire Conference around the Asia.
